On track !
At the heart of the event since the very first edition are the participants of the track sessions who will once again find themselves on the mythical track of Francorchamps for several sessions spread over the two days. The sidecars will also take part, for the pleasure of all ! No doubt, the track will hum with pleasure…
Three GP Parades rather than one
During the weekend, a fine selection of competition motorcycles from the past will take part in the GP Parade. Find them on the track on Saturday at 1:00 p.m., Sunday at 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. These bikes will also be present in the Endurance pitlane, allowing fans to admire them more closely and meet their owners.
The Grand Parade… on the circuit !
On Sunday July 2 at noon, we invite all participants to meet at the foot of Raidillon for the start of the Grand Parade of the Bikers’Classics, which will follow the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps ! Spectators who came by motorbike ? You are also welcome, provided you collect a participation sticker from the Bikers’Shop located in Box 28 of the Endurance pitlane. Participation in the Grand Parade is free ! Access to the paddock will be authorized from 11:30 a.m. to reach the foot of Raidillon.
Troy Bayliss as Guest Star
For this 2022 edition, the illustrious Australian rider Troy Bayliss will delight the public with his presence. Three times world champion in Superbike (2001, 2006 and 2008) and present on the MotoGP scene from 2003 to 2006. It will be possible to meet him in the Expo area on Saturday at 2.30 p.m., on Sunday at 10.30 a.m. and at 1 p.m. On Sunday at 12:20 p.m., at the foot of Raidillon, the happy owners of the ‘Panigale V2 Bayliss 1st Championship 20th Anniversary’ will gather for a Meet and Greet with the star !
Didier de Radiguès meets the fans
Didier de Radiguès, the only Belgian rider to be on the podium in the top category of pure speed, will also honour us with his presence. Always popular with the public, the winner of the 1983 Belgian 250cc Grand Prix will be waiting for his fans in the Expo area on Saturday at 2:30 p.m., Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
100 years of motorcycle racing at Francorchamps: the exhibition !
In 2021, the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps passed an important milestone: that of 100 years. For the occasion, an exhibition presenting a selection of motorcycles and sidecars that have marked a century of competition on the circuit in the Ardennes will be on display in the tent located in the Endurance paddock. An exhibition set up in close collaboration with the Amicale Spirit of Speed, the largest club of competition motorcycle collectors in Europe.
The Trial Classics
Trial riders will also be present on this great gathering of vintage motorcycles, with a new edition of The Trial Classics, which is already an unmissable event. Two loops, twelve zones to be covered once on Saturday and once on Sunday. Surely, the show offered by these acrobats will be worth a look…
The 2 Days of Stavelot: the rebirth
For the first time, the Bikers’Classics will host the Revival of the legendary ‘2 Days of Stavelot’. An enduro competition organized until the 1980s in and around Stavelot. With two central axes located in the heart of the town of Stavelot and in the paddock of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, enduro enthusiasts will find on the Saturday and Sunday program a 65-kilometre loop including a special on a pasture, a slalom, an acceleration test and a trial. An exhibition of emblematic Enduro motorcycles can also be admired in the Expo area.
Electric motorcycles for ‘little bikers’ and not just for them…!
Eric Lejeune and his team will be part of the Bikers’Classics to build a bridge between the past and the future. They will offer all children aged 4 to 10 who wish to, a test ride with a Torott electric motorcycle, and young people aged 12 and over with a Sur-Ron! A trial bike and a trail bike signed Electric Motion that might spark passions and vocations… And what’s more, it’s absolutely free!
